Returns without Cause:
ordering goods on the Internet have the right to cancel orders within 7
days of receipt of goods. Notification of cancellation should be made
in writing/email to our Customer Service Dept, and the goods returned
to us within a further 7 days, by Recorded Delivery at the customer's
expense. We cannot accept responsibility for goods sent by other
methods. The goods should be in their original packaging, unused and in
a re-saleable condition, with any tags and label intact and the receipt
should be included. A refund in respect of the goods, less delivery
costs. Management also reserve the right to administer a €10 handling
Exchange of Goods:
the event of customers wishing to exchange goods due to the shipping of
an incorrect size, style or imperfect goods a replacement will be
shipped without additional charge. Exchanges requested for any other
reason will be made for the payment of the additional shipping charge.
In all cases based on receipt of the items as described above and the
availability of the requested replacement.
If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any
time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, providing
the goods are in there original packaging and in resaleable condition.
The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -in the event that the product has been use.
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to Cancel an Order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions.
